Marine Deck Paints

Deck and boat paint is suitable for wood, metal or fibreglass marine decking coming in standard gloss finish in our stock colours. It is based on a UV resistant polyurethane enamel resin that provides a good hard wearing coating.

Non-slip deck paint is a single-pack polyurethane paint with an aggregate already mixed in, which makes a rough, textured finish that is ready to use. Non-slip deck paint is suitable for concrete, metal, wood, stone and brick floors where the foot traffic is light.

It is advisable to apply a first coat of standard deck paint and then, after 24 hours, apply a second coat of non-slip deck paint.

Two pack epoxy marine deck paint is suitable for use on maritime decks where heavy traffic will occur. It provides a highly protective and hard-wearing coating with excellent chemical and weather resistance however with UV exposure the colours can chalk and fade. This does not affect the quality or performance of the coating.

The non-slip aggregate reduces the risk of slipping, however, as with any painted surface it can still be slippery when wet.
