Merchant Payments

Ta Paints Ltd website sells goods from TA Paints Ltd to customers in mainland UK. TA Paints Ltd does not sell any Elavon prohibited goods and services. Ta Paints Ltd sell products in the United Kingdom using the Elavon payment gateway service. Goods are sold as per application form. As the merchant, TA Paints are fully responsible for transactions on this website. TA Paints Ltd requires CVV2/ CVC2 verification from customers. TA Paints Ltd website accepts 3D Secure transactions.

Returns

TA Paints Ltd offers returns on stock products if presented in an undamaged condition with full proof of purchase within 30 days from date of delivery.

Returns will only be accepted in the case of damaged or faulty products being received by the customer.

To arrange a return of goods, please contact our Customer Support Team by email all phone.

The buyer is responsible for any return delivery costs.

Returns will only be granted once we have received the goods back in an unused condition, once return has been checked by our Quality Team a refund will be issued less £10 handling fee.

TA Paints Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or damage incurred during the return process.

Please return your item(s) in its original packaging to receive a full refund.

Made to order colours and finishes are non returnable or refundable. (The colours shown on the images are for guidance only. The displayed colour will depend on your monitor and browsers. The finished colour therefore may not be as shown here.)

Refunds

Refunds of any purchase will be made upon notification from the buyer. To qualify for a refund, the buyer must contact TA Paints Ltd directly via phone or email. Refunds may take up to 7 days to process. A refund will only be issued upon presentation of proof of purchase (Invoice or electronic receipt).

Refunds will only be granted once we have received the goods back in an unused condition, once return has been checked by our Quality Team a refund will be issued less £10 handling fee.

RETURNING/EXCHANGING DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order once received. Any item(s) which are damaged must be advised with our Customer Service Team within 24 hours from receipt of your order. Once we have been advised whether you would prefer a return or exchange, we can then start this process. We do not accept dented tins or boxes as grounds for return or exchanging, but damage may be assessed by customer services to determin if the dented cans is outside of a resonable dent to offer a solution. 

Cancellation

We do not grant any cancellation of orders from products purchased on TA Paints Ltd. Cancellation of any purchase will be made at the risk of the buyer. Due to our manufacturing process from virgin materials once placed an order can not be cancelled.

 

Minimum Purchase Age

Any product on TA Paints Ltd website can only be purchased by an individual aged 18 years or older.

 

Delivery Policy

Orders are shipped on a Next Day End of Day service; dispatch times may vary. Orders placed after 8:00am are dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 8:00am on Friday are processed on Monday.

Made-to-order items of 20 litres or more, or bulk quantities, may require 1–4 working days for dispatch before being shipped on a Next Day End of Day service. Stock items may occasionally be unavailable or in production, which can result in a delay of up to one working day.

Delivery is free to England, Wales, and selected Scottish postcodes, with a timeframe of 1–3 working days. We do not ship outside the UK, including Northern Ireland.

All deliveries are sent on a signed-for service, and the recipient must be available to accept delivery. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. Minor dents to tins or boxes are not classed as damage; assessment is at the discretion of customer services.

This website may contain advertising of third party products and services.
