Metal Boat Paint

TA Paints offer a wide range of marine paint for metal boats and barges. Metal boat paint is designed to be immersed in water, so the specialist paint extends the life of the boat and protects the hull.

We offer coatings for the most severe of water environments to protect the metal hulls of vessels exposed to water and offshore structures that are submerged. Specialist paint for boats give protective layers against moisture and prevent metal from destructive rust and corrosion.

Marine boat enamel semi-gloss and matt finishes contain anti-corrosive pigments for extra protection. Semi-gloss and matt finishes can be applied directly to mild steel, but we always recommend using a primer first to ensure the longest possible lifespan from our coatings.

Due to the oil type of TA Paint’s single pack polyurethane marine boat enamel, the metal boat paint is able to overcoat a wide range of old coatings without attacking it. We just recommend a light abrasion and degreasing prior to painting.

TA Paints offer competitive prices on metal boat paint and fast delivery nationwide. Please get in touch for advice on availability and colour matching. If you are not sure which marine paint you need, call or email TA Paints for a rundown of our portfolio of paints.
