Our concrete floor sealer is easy to apply, low odour, VOC free and rapid drying. It can also be used in one coat to prime concrete before painting. Suitable for sealing and dust proofing concrete, general cement-based screeds and other porous cement based screeds. However, if you are looking to paint the floor in a colour there is no need for concrete floor sealers; instead, just use two coats of your chosen floor paint. Floor sealer clear is not a translucent clear due to the natural colouring of the resin; this does have a yellow tinge.
